Food:

Breakfast:

1 MR protein shake
1 apple
1 banana

Lunch:
Vegetarian Black Bean Chili
Side Salad with vinegarette dressing
2/3 piece of corn bread

Snack:
Mixture of nuts/seeds/dried fruit/mini white chocolate chips self made from Nutter's - definitely had too much!

Dinner
1.5 cups Spaghetti Squash
1.25 cups lean ground beef chili with kidney beans and tomatoes


Water:
710 x 3
Random glasses
Earl Grey Tea with sweetener and cream


Exercise:

20 feet on ice skates
walking around Banff, AB
