Mixture of nuts/seeds/dried fruit/mini white chocolate chips self made from Nutter's - definitely had too much!
Dinner
1.5 cups Spaghetti Squash
1.25 cups lean ground beef chili with kidney beans and tomatoes
Water:
710 x 3
Random glasses
Earl Grey Tea with sweetener and cream
Exercise:
20 feet on ice skates
