Friday January 21st 2011

Breakfast: Egg white + 1 egg omelet (mushrooms, green pepper, onion 1/4 cup each) some lentils

tea with cream and stevia

3 eggs, cucumber slices

4 oz tex mex chicken and broccoli - yum!!

3/4 cup cottage cheese
baby carrots


4oz tex mex chicken and more broccoli!

almond crunch
coffee with cream and stevia


MR protien shake
1 apple
3 tablespoons almond butter

passed out face down on bed....
